360 degree assessments for leaders and managers measure skills such as: translating vision to actions, driving for results, coaching and feedback, fostering open communication, and inspiring others, to name a few. Assessments for sales professionals measure skills such as: meeting customer needs, managing the sales process, presenting effectively, and organizing and planning. All 360 degree assessments are accompanied by 1:1 development planning and coaching.

Distinct from cognitive intelligence (IQ), emotional intelligence (EQ) is at the root of our ability to manage oneself, and work with others. Sometimes thought of as street smarts or common sense, it consists of the soft skills required to negotiate the challenges of social interaction and our emotional lives.
The EQ-I is our EQ/Social Intelligence assessment of choice. This robust assessment provides feedback on five composite scales, and 15 subscales. The composite scales break Total EQ into the five domains of Intrapersonal, Interpersonal, Stress Management, Adaptability, and General Mood. The subscales then provide very focused information about specific skills within each of those domains. Total EQ describes the broadest area of skills looking at overall emotional and social functioning.
EQ and social intelligence skills assessed include: assertiveness, empathy, stress tolerance, optimism, problem solving, and flexibility to name a few. All EQ and Social Intelligence assessments are accompanied by group workshops and one-on-one development planning.

StarQuest uses a variety of tools to enable teams to reach their full potential. However, the team assessment most widely used is the Team Emotional and Social Intelligence Survey® developed by Collaborative Growth®. This tool provides the opportunity for a team 360 – that is each member of the team rates the team’s skills from his or her perspective.The assessment provides insights into how teams can develop their level of optimism, resilience, and persistence. In addition, the assessment provides information on the team’s ability to manage and resolve conflict without taking each other out.
