Simulations

What is a simulation? And, how do simulations accelerate learning?

A simulation is a situational learning experience that imitates a real-life process, selling situation, or management scenario. Simulations are dynamic learning events that are quite different from role-plays. Role-plays provide a forum for participants to practice specific behaviors in a controlled environment.

With simulations, the learning experience is more free flowing and contiguous. In addition, simulations provide a great platform for peer-to-peer coaching and knowledge sharing amongst the group.

Our simulation-based learning programs differentiate us within the marketplace. We customize each simulation to your organization so the learning is real-life and relevant. The results are more engagement and greater application of skill sets back on the job.

Assessments

Many times people are not even aware of how their behaviors affect others and their overall performance. That’s where assessments and coaching come into play.
