Tom is a Principal and Director of Client Services for StarQuest. He is responsible for the strategic leadership, sales, and operational execution at StarQuest. For almost 20 years, Tom has been in the people development business and has worked with a variety of Fortune 500 companies and start-up organizations to increase the performance and productivity of their teams.
Prior to co-founding StarQuest, he was vice president of marketing for International Learning Systems, Inc., an international performance development consulting firm that worked with Fortune 500 companies worldwide. Prior to entering the learning and development business, he was in the financial services industry and held leadership positions in marketing, operations and sales.
Tom has served on the board of directors for the Goodwill Industries of Denver and is a member of HR People and Strategy, ASTD and SHRM. He has spoken at numerous national conferences on the subject of leadership, organizational change and talent development. Tom holds an M.B.A. from St. Mary’s College of California and a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Santa Clara.
