StarQuest employs a blended approach to learning and development. Our e-Learning design integrates the benefits of self-paced learning with the power of team reinforcements and live webinars. This blended approach to learning results in greater retention of knowledge and more effective skill development.
So what is blended learning? Blended learning is a combination of different training "media" (online courses, webinars, workshops, coaching, etc.) to create an optimal learning experience. This approach affords participants the opportunity to learn the concepts and skills via online curriculum, and then participate in follow-up team meetings, webinars, coaching sessions, etc.
Annual subscriptions to our solutions are based on the number of users accessing the solution. Subscriptions start at the 10 user level; or clients can purchase enterprise packages and have our curriculum integrate with existing learning management systems. We offer flexibility and a variety of options.

Classroom-Based Reinforcement Workshops
To reinforce the skills presented in the online curriculum, StarQuest will facilitate workshops that help managers and students apply the new skills back in the workplace. Workshops may focus on applying the change management methodology to a real change initiative; working with intact teams to optimize their performance; and practicing coaching and feedback skills, to name a few. These workshops are typically facilitated onsite.
StarQuest Facilitated Webinars
To deliver customized reinforcement webinars, StarQuest consultants are available to facilitate interactive webinars that focus on the key points from the learning tracks. The webcasts are 60 minutes in length, and use a variety of interactive, collaborative tools to help participants with application of the skills.
