Online Courses

Our online courses are presented in learning tracks that focus on a particular topic. Each learning track is made up of a series of four to six courses, and includes a student workbook, development tools, and a reinforcement guide for managers.

Our Approach to Blended Online Learning

StarQuest employs a blended approach to online learning and development. Our e-Learning design integrates the benefits of self-directed learning with the power of group discussions and knowledge sharing. This rich approach results in greater retention of knowledge and more effective transference of skills back on the job.

  • Manager/Trainer Reinforcement Workshops To reinforce the skills presented in the online curriculum, StarQuest facilitates certification workshops for HR professionals, trainers, and managers so they can master the content and skills presented in the online curriculum. The reinforcement workshops focus on how to facilitate team discussions and action learning. The certification workshops can be facilitated on-site or via webcast.
  • StarQuest Facilitated Webcasts If you would like StarQuest to drive the reinforcement discussions, our team of consultants is available to facilitate interactive webcasts that focus on the key points from each learning track. The webcasts are 90 minutes in length, and use a variety of interactive, collaborative tools to help participants with application of the skills. The webcasts include scenario-based learning and surveys to spur participant discussions.
